A darkly playful film about the power of a story to completely transform the world around you. A woman starts listening to Frankenstein, narrated by Quim Gutiérrez, and an ordinary bus ride slowly descends into Mary Shelley's universe, complete with the creature, period characters, a raging storm and an angry mob chasing the bus through the night. Shot in a single night in Madrid, we had to build that transition from everyday reality into a full Gothic nightmare quickly, practically and within the confines of one moving bus.
