Relentless

More Info

A playful portrait of Mohamed Salah's relentless mindset, built around the idea that reaching the top is never enough. Rather than making a conventional football film, we placed Salah inside a series of heightened, increasingly absurd worlds, turning his drive to keep pushing further into something personal, humorous and visually unexpected. From impossible feats to full-animation sequences, every scene takes his mentality one step beyond. The real challenge was time. Salah appeared in virtually every sequence, yet we had only around three hours with him each day. Every second had to be rehearsed and engineered before he stepped on set, fitting technically intricate shots, face scans for the animated sequences and location moves into an unforgiving schedule. There was almost no room for hesitation. A fitting way to make a film called Relentless.
